Left message yesterday morning early. Prompt call back. Made appointment for today at noon. Crew called to ask if they could come earlier due to cancellation. Service guys were polite and experienced. Work done efficiently and neatly. Very professional. Thank you.
Having known the company for over 35 years, I would normally give it a five star, but today I feel very disappointed. The tech at the house told me he would send pictures of a leak with the boiler. I waited two hours to get the pictures and found out they would not send them until I had paid the account. I get that people are worried about getting paid, but after knowing the company for this long, I expected more trust, and therefore Better service.
Igor was so friendly and pleasant. Very respectful of our property. He worked very efficiently and explained all of my husband’s questions. He also provided a follow up discussion with photos regarding what they did. I would not hesitate to have him work in my house again.
I cannot recommend Merrie Sweepe more! They came to my house when we were in a really bad situation and moved quickly to provide us with a safe and cost effective solution. Bill and the rest of the team were thorough, friendly and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. The customer service team communicated regularly and consistently. It was just a wonderful experience all around.
