So just walked in I had saw his sign saying cell phone so Im thinking good I can get my battery and phone fixed but after asking if he could repair my phone he say I don't work on phone taking them apart well sir you need to change your sign or explain what you do with cell phones thanks and you got a 1 star because your sign is false advertisement it says plan on the sign FIx computer and has cell phone on it

The new computer we got a few weeks ago is great. Terry listened to what we wanted and needed, and asked questions, giving us excellent service at a very reasonable price.

So couple of weeks ago I brought my pc in because of repeated crashes they said that my SSD was the problem and that it needed to be wiped. So they proceed to wipe my ssd and the crashes continued so I take my services to Best Buy and they tell me that the problem has nothing to do with my SSD and that it is a graphics card problem. So basically I payed them 100$ to play around in my pc for the actual problem to be something completely different and on top of that I had to reinstall literAlly everything on my computer.
