I would steer clear of this shop. I had a brake installation error and asked for the shop to take responsibility transporting my vehicle back to the shop. They refused. A business with “50+ years” of experience shouldnt be willing to risk liability and customer safety to save the expense of a tow. What left an even worse impression was management’s response. Instead of taking ownership, blame was directed toward the technician. As someone who has worked as a service writer myself, I understand that human error can happen. I’m also smart enough to know mechanics don’t write policy. I walked away feeling bad for the shop guys. Im sorry your leadership would sell you out like that. That’s seriously not cool. Management should protect their clients, AND their employees. I witnessed none of that.
