Pinchpoint

I dealt mainly with Roger. He first called to tell me he would be 10 minutes late for the original appointment, nice. He told me how he would do the job, accommodated me on an appointment so he came later. I thought he would be there about 2-3 hours, not. 6 hours working while I watched and asked questions, borderline artistic. Finished product looks great! In these days of little customer service and pride in your work, you will find the opposite in Roger and Pinchpoint. What first seems like a disaster with sinking concrete, he made it bearable. Thanks Roger!

Awesome service! They were out for an estimate the day that I called them everything was done, exactly as they said it would be a couple days later. Took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect even after running into a snag with my particular project making it more difficult than initially expected. Great business

Pinchpoint leveled a section of our driveway and replaced a stamped section of concrete with several cracks. They communicated every step of the way, stuck to the schedule, ensured the correct color match, and made certain the job was done correctly- even when that meant fixing a problem at their cost. We would use them again and will be recommending to others.
