A great company with solid skills and professional values. They came out right away to assess my moms furnace on a Friday then replace it by end of day Wednesday. They made sure she had heaters to stay warm in the mean time. They went above and beyond to bring an electrician and inspector on sight promptly to ensure the old system was brought up to code for a safe and functional end result.

Technician Hunter was great. He is a very friendly person. He was early and went right to work. He was knowledgeable about his craft. He noticed a gas leak and promptly fixed it. My propane fireplace works great now. He took a second to take a call from his son which I thought was as heroic as could be! Well done Hunter. Super job! Price was more than fair for what I got!

I recently had a mini split system installed. They did a very clean looking install. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They took care of all the permits/inspection arrangements and rebate paperwork. The units work great and put out great heat and cooling. I had a small mechanical issue unrelated to the install after I had the unit for a couple months. They responded to my issue very quickly. They assessed and corrected the problem. Elite came out to my home to address some heating issues and perform maintenance on my water heater, dryer vent, and furnace. . Thankfully they did as there were a few issues that could have become quite problematic if left unattended. I special shout out to Elites technicians-Seth and Justin. Both were so professional and thorough with their work. Seth took the time to explain everything to me and Justin took dryer vent cleaning to a whole new level. Nathan was supportive and understanding. He sent Seth out first thing in the morning and Seth was able to diagnose the problem accurately, he also taught me how to use the furnace correctly, get the appropriate filter size, which I didn’t have, and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. Seth ordered the correct circuit board and return the next morning to install it and service the furnace. He taught me how to use the thermostat and educated me on maintenance and air conditioning needs also. Seth and Nathan gave me peace of mind and a warm home! Thank you very much!!!
