I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. During my visit, an employee spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. He told me directly that I should have already decided which cards I wanted before changing my mind, and stated that he could have sold them sooner instead of holding them for me for a week. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite and respectful. Despite this, his tone and comments were unnecessary and unprofessional. Ultimately, he handed me the cards for free, remarking that they were inexpensive (approximately $0.75), which came across as dismissive rather than courteous. I am sharing this experience because no customer should be spoken to this way, regardless of the value of the purchase. I hope this feedback helps prevent a similar situation for others. For awareness, the individual involved was an older gentleman with a service dog.
