Ok lemme just start by saying this, me and my son came into this store expecting to just purchase lucky luke for the playstation 1, and oh my can i just say it excelled my expectations. From the second i stepped into the store an employee we had an employee named brad greeted us, showed us around the whole store, answered all of me and my grandsons questions, and treated us with the up most respect. You guys are honestly so lucky to be having such a noble person not only working, but dedicating 100% of his time and effort into gameware!

Brought my PS5 in for a blue ray disc repair. Sony wanted me to send it in and charge me $250 dollars. Brought it too gameware instead and they charged a much much more affordable repair with a 90 day warranty. I also didn’t have to wait long at all. Their deposit information from what I was told was also generous in my opinion. I was told that it was a 50 dollar deposit to diagnose and if they weren’t able to diagnose it or repair it they would refund my deposit. Once they call me with the quote the 50 dollars would go to the repair fee. Very impressed with the customer service. My toddler also enjoyed looking at all their displays. Very satisfied with my experience.
