I came into this store on March 8th 2026 for an OEM DualShock 3. I asked one of the employees at the front counter if they had any that were OEM. They replied that they keep them behind the counter. Also, they've been shell swapped but were completely OEM internals (note that it even had the correct PlayStation logo on the PS Button) . I purchased one for $40. When I got home, I did the wall outlet test, it started charging. I opened the controller up and double confirmed it was not OEM. I immediately went back to the store for a refund where they gave me an unnecessary amount of grief. They claimed that there were broken buttons and I had to explain multiple times that I opened it up because I was told it was OEM and just put it back together poorly. They seemed more concerned with possible broken buttons than having just lied and misleading me into purchasing counterfeit goods. They didn't apologize or even offer any explanation of why that could have happened. I would not recommend shopping here but if you absolutely must, be cautious and thoroughly check any items you plan on purchasing. If you've already bought stuff, check it, its very easy. I'm sure its not the employees personally swapping them. I'm sure they're purchasing it from somewhere online (point in case a lot of the other temu/wish items they sell). However, it reflects incredibly poorly on the business. It takes 5 seconds to test these controllers via a wall outlet and they can't even do that but can confidently claim they're OEM.
