Vitaly showed me what he was initially going to do, and explained the process to me. Unfortunately my control board had to be replaced, they were able to get the part and get it replaced in a very timely manner. I will use Fuse again in the future, if necessary.
Vitaly has come to our rescue a few times now. Our unit is older and we some condenser issues, he fixed that as well as some maintenance that was way past due. During the coldest week of the year we started having control board problems, he was quick to respond and fix that problem. We asked him to quote us new ducts for the house and his pricing was so reasonable. We have decided we will do the ducts, as well as a new unit using Fuse Services. Vitaly is a gentleman that’s reliable with great communication and pricing. Win win.
Let me tell you that are Fuse technician was awesome. Our heating and air wasn’t working properly within 20 minutes and his knowledge it was up and running. I’m so glad I called fuse 10 out of 10 would recommend to our friends and family. I would hope you do the same.
Fuse Repair came and diagnosed our dryer with a broken belt. They ordered the part for us and were back within a week to fix it. Great communication, excellent service, totally recommend! 5 stars
