Very pleased with the whole experience. The communication was excellent and he was on time and all over it. He also went over the pros and cons of my situation and had it repaired very quickly. We worked with Brian at Fuse on a repair for our Oven. Brian was very helpful and great to work with - he even came back to replace an additional / aesthetic piece of the oven that wasn’t part of the initial repair without charging us for the additional trip. He is friendly and professional, will definitely rely on his services again in the future!
Excellent quick service. Our heat went out on Sunday when it snowed, Brian came out next day while all other places stated they weren’t releasing techs because of the roads. Gave us quotes and completed the repair as quickly as he could with the limitations of suppliers all being closed due to weather.
