Our smoke alarm went off briefly despite no visible smoke, but the vents smelled like burning lint, so we turned the heat off at the thermostat immediately. Forest Air Conditioning and Heating provided same-day service within a few hours of calling. The technician, John K., diagnosed a failed blower fan in the HVAC system, explained the issue, replaced the part, and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes. Pricing was clearly explained: $100 for the diagnostic and $240 for the part and installation, totaling $340. Professional and efficient service!

We have been using Forest air for many many years. They’re always very knowledgeable, very professional and always know what to do to fix our air-conditioning. They also service them twice a year and it keeps them running perfectly. I highly recommend them
