I called value air and heat last minute and they showed up within a short time frame with the replacement part I needed to get my unit working again. Efficient, trustworthy but most of all great customer service. Highly recommend using them
Matt Feyen the owner of Value Air and Heat HVAC arrived at exactly 8 am today to do maintenance my HVAC system and he is Absolutely Amazing! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I live at the YTC in Treasure Island and I have secured my contract with Matt and his company. Just a great Company to do business with!!
BLOWN AWAY! These photos are in progress photos, but everyday I stop by my new construction build and I.AM. AMAZED! Matt, Dakohta, and David gave me a pristine, thoughtful setup. You pay for experience and it shows! I don't want to cover up their work its truly well done. My experience lies in commercial biotech, sterile & aseptic facilities with the most expensive equipment & setup and this team impressed me. My home was flooded in the hurricane and I felt so at ease working with this team- they thought of everything. I'm extremely allergic to dust and they knew exactly what to recommend. I don't get anything for posting this review- this is very genuine. I found my HVAC team in St. Pete!!!
These guys were awesome! Not only did they get someone out to help fast, they had a great team who was knowledgeable and understanding. I’ve had some HVAC companies get pushy, this was not them. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to them in the future. They got us a new system at a great price all before a party we had that same weekend. Thank you for your help!
I used Value Air one other time and they were great. This time my entire AC needed to replaced. They gave me a fair price, worked me into their tight schedule, took outbold and installed new unit in attic and outside. We have new carpet and paint throughout the home. They were VERY clean, new unit in and running perfectly, we would never know they were there!! Thank you guys!
