great communications ! show up when they say. a cap failed and shorted out the compressor burning it up inside. they quickly ordered a new compressor, showed up with the sun to install it. works better than new !!!! very reasonable.. Thank you guys !! and the hot cat is now a cool cat once again !
UPDATE Aug 29. Excellent setvice. I am out of Town, noticed an issue. I called immediately and Joe was out even verifying the system. Cannot say enough about the quick response that I get from these people. The service, quality, expertise was great. I learned AC/Heating many years ago from my Father. I was wanting to locate an excellent service center. I new what . was wrong, and had a rough cost the repair should be. I am proud to report I found such a company that I can trust on and rely to keep my unit running while I am out of town. The total cost of repair was within 20% of my estimate. They were quick, on site and in the repair process. I Definity would rely on this team for all my AC/Heat unit repairs and replacement.
3 stars as a neutral review not as a graduated scale of how well the work was. Rating based on: a. Prompt response ( Within 4hrs) b. Fast repair (less than 10 minutes) c. Professional demeanor d. Incorrect diagnosis While its not necessarily the company's fault my A/C was not fixed by the repair provided there didn't seem to be much diagnosis. I called out another company and was told the A/C system was shot, at least the other company told me it was hard broken.
Replaced roof unit. Very professional. Done a very thorough installation! Couldn’t be happier! Very conscious in their work. Have had several other companies do work, but by far Foothills is the best!! Refreshing to find a CO. taking pride in their work.
08/26/2024 - Called for the A/C not blowing cold air. They arrived and repaired the A/C within 1 hour. Service was quick, direct, and the two employees were professional in appearance and demeanor. I compared their price with that of three other service companies in the area (for the same repair) and determined that I saved about $40. 5/5 would recommend to others. Great local business.
