We were out of town for the weekend and came home late Saturday night to a blown out and dead water heater. I called to see if we can schedule someone for the next day or day after and Lance offered to send someone over right away that night. Our tech David Kittle called within half an hour and said he was on his way to get it taken care of. David was great to work with and got the old heater out and the new one in that night. We greatly appreciate the fantastic and prompt service, even that late on a Saturday night.

This experience was so easy, efficient, and great overall! When I called to get my gas line replaced for my oven they were able to schedule me for the next morning! When Alex arrived he did an amazing job walking me through the process and getting everything replaced. He got the job done quickly and even helped putting my new stove in. I am so grateful for the work he did and the easy process to get an appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for anything you need! Thank you!

Dan was seriously amazing. Got our problem solved in less than hour after R Bucks was telling us we had a major repair on our hands. Dan was informed, and took time to answer questions and help us understand our plumbing system better. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone to at least get a quote for their services if they need any plumbing work done. Update: after the first service tech Dan left we tried our hot water and it was not working. Daniel came out and tried for two hours trying to get our pilot light to light. We ended up needing a new gas valve, they sent Alex out the next morning and got us back up and running with hot water within an hour. Very very pleased with every single person we had talk with. Prompt service and above and beyond what we were expecting.
