Horrible customer experience. The gruff and rude counter representative was not only unhelpful with ordering the right part he threw in the last word saying "guess you didnt need it anyway" when I returned the wrong one. I still need a replacement part but will find another vendor after three visits. The worst experience I have had in Pueblo.
A repair guy told me I neededa new furnace motor at 1500.00 ingle supply told me they have in for 243.00 but to bring in the old motor and capacitor to make sure we get the correct one. The gentleman tested the capacitor and said that was most likely the problem! And sold me a capacitor for 25.00 THAT WAS THE FIX!!! THANK YOU FOR NOT SELLING ME WHAT I DIDN'T NEED!!! SO refreshing to have a great honest store in town!❤️
Picked up a pipe cleaning tool and some great service for my swamp cooler at Ingle Supply. Tool worked great and me and my puppy are enjoying cool air again! Thank you very much!
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Fast service and friendly. The gentleman at the counter suggested to replace a capacitor on my condenser unit before replacing the fan. His insight solved my AC problems with almost no fuss. Thank you!
