We’re renovating and ran into an issue with the basement flooring. We required a flooring solution that would accommodate an uneven surface. I cannot thank Daniela enough for her help in resolving the issue. She also brought in Aftab to address a specific installation question from our contractor, which was very helpful. Excellent overall experience at Flooring and Home!
I have been to the store a number of times and everytime I go I get great advise and service. This past weekend, I went to the store with my wife and spoke with Aftan about putting vinyl tiles in a small washroom in the basement. Thank you for your recommendations. We are planning to do our main floor in the future and we will for sure return.

Fabulous experience with Flooring & Home. In-store they were helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently showed us the various wood options. The installation went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the result. Varant and his colleague were competent, detail-oriented, thoughtful and friendly. They took reasonable precautions to ensure the rest of the house would not be too dirty/damaged as a result of the work and materials being carried around (always making sure to wipe boots thoroughly, etc.) which for me is very important.
