I had Michael refinish the dining table and coffee table tops that were messed up when myself and another person tried to refinish them but made a complete mess. Michael did a great job and the finish is like new. Unlike furniture refinishing company that you see in shopping malls and home shows gave me an absolutely ridiculous estimate (it would have been less costly to purchase brand new). Michael's fee was considerably more reasonable. Would highly recommend Sandra Dee Furniture Refinishing.....

I recently had a flood in my home and my solid maple desk top was unfortunately water damaged. Michael and his team did a fantastic job making it look better than new. There is zero evidence of any damage after the refinishing and the level of customer care was outstanding. I contacted Michael at Sandra Dee Furniture to refinish two 100 yr old chests that were damaged by prolonged water damage and to fix a broken plantation chair. All pieces have great sentimental value to me so it was important that I had someone to took great care into bringing it back to their former glory. Michael at Sandra Dee was that person. He came to my home to look at the pieces, provided his professional opinion and we agreed to a timing and estimate. Michael was a pleasure to work with, he took great care of the pieces and did amazing work. I highly recommended this company for their professionalism, skill and easy of doing business.

My wife and I received a family heirloom mahogany dining set from my parents that was in rough shape due to water and moving damage it had sustained over many years. We reached out to numerous furniture refinishers but landed on Sandra Dee Furniture Refinishing and I am so happy we did. We are blown away by the quality of the work. Michael took great care in refinishing our dining set and was helpful, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they offer pickup and delivery which mitigated the risk of further damage if we had tried to transport it ourselves. He was able to strip off the previous finish, repair a deep gash in the buffet, sand out discoloration, and repair a considerable split in the tabletop. From there he was accommodating in giving us multiple options for the new wood finish and gave us all the advice we needed to make an informed decision on which to choose. I went into this with low expectations of what could be repaired due to how much damage there was, but Michael was able to vastly exceed even my wildest hopes. We could not be happier with the results of Michael's craftsmanship. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Sandra Dee Furniture Refinishing, and we will definitely be going to them with any future refinishing or restoration work we need. We are looking forward to many years of continued use from a dining set with great sentimental value that we had thought would need to be written off, and it's all thanks to the work of Sandra Dee Furniture Refinishing.
