Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling

We highly recommend this business. When we called, Julie helped with scheduling and kept us up to date on everything going on. She was so extremely helpful and kind! We had Dakota and Cameron come to our home to fix our AC. They were also kind, as well as, fast and efficient. We will definitely use them again!!!

Ever since 5 Star took over GMH service hasn't been good. I made an early call for my AC but bc it was a holiday I was told between 3-6pm, fine. Then I get a text that says between 5-11pm so I called back. They only use dispatchers so they can't provide any real info. I received another text at 9:15pm stating we have to reschedule. I called one last time and the dispatcher couldn't provide any answers to call the office in the morning. So apparently the aren't 24 Hours! Awful...

I've unfortunately encountered another issue with my home but the guys at Five Star were there to help again. Caleb amd David came out within 30 mintues of me calling which was around 9pm. The initially tried to fix and got my AC unit of 22 years to run for a short amount of time. I decided to replace the unit. Tony amd Kevin came out first thing in the morning and worked all day to install my new unit. They took an extra trip to ensure they had the right parts and my new unit was running by that evening. I can thank them all enough.
