I’ve been using Ron’s services for a few years now. I’ve never once had a bad experience. He and his employee are fast, reliable and super knowledgeable. His office staff are easy to work with and always return calls. Ron has always been willing to go back and check any concerns that pop up. Highly recommend Rutkowski Heating and Plumbing.
This is the second time I have used this business. Woke up 2/12/2026 with my furnace not working and no heat. Mid February and 14 degrees outside and wondered how I could get this problem fixed. Messaged business early AM and by 9 am my furnace issue was being addressd. Timely repair, reasonable bill for service and would have no trouble recommending to others and to use for future work. Hard to find reliable and dependable, and look nowhere else than these professionals. More than satisfied customer in Middletown CT.
We had a great experience with this family-owned plumbing business. They were extremely prompt, fairly priced, and professional from start to finish. You can tell the plumber truly knows his craft and takes pride in doing the job right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about quality work. Highly recommend!
My sis-in-law called Ron for emergency fix to a busted pipe and he came within 30 minutes. He was a very nice and professional and fixed the pipe issue within a short time. I asked him to look into our old steam boiler which wasn't working for over a year and couldn't be fixed by other hvac techs we called in the past. And with his vast experience and tech knowledge , he was able to make it work! Indeed a great guy and would call thim again for plumbing and heating needs!
Called Rutkowski on a very cold suoerbowl Sunday. We had frozen pipes. And the heat didnt work. He came out and fixed the pipes and got the heat working again. Great customer service, great work ethic, and great knowledge. Very happy and will be a repeat customer.
