This review is primarily regarding the customer service with Link. In 2022 Precision Mechanical (Now Link mechanical services, Inc.) installed a new furnace in my home. The installation went great the technicians did a great job. Today 11/3/2025 I contacted Link with heating issues. I was originally chatting with customer service in an online chat which went fine. Then they sent the chat chain to Link mechanical services, Inc. in New Britain, CT. The chat customer service representative asked me to call this location I did and left a voicemail. They called me back fairly quickly which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was pretty rude on the phone. The customer service representative started the conversation with, "this is just a courtesy call back in regards to your voicemail and online chat". I appreciated it then the representative said we're not visiting new customers homes until December. I said I'm not a new customer you installed a fairly expensive furnace in my home a few years ago. she then said well it's been a while since we've visited your property so you're now considered new. I felt very disrespected especially since I invested a lot of money in this company. I assumed I was always considered a customer especially if I have any warranty questions regarding my furnace that is only 3 years old. Needless to say I won't be using Link mechanical services Inc. in the future for other HVAC needs if this is how your customers are treated.
