John redid our whole television and Internet systems. Not only did we get top of the line equipment, but he set it up beautifully so everything worked well. Any questions that I had John would answer immediately and came back to our house if necessary usually within one day, I can recommend First Tech Networks for excellent service and expertise

Their combination of technical expertise and customer-focused service is exceptional; | doubt you could find a more qualified or responsive team. From start to finish, their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were evident. They arrived precisely as scheduled and took the time to consult with us on optimal camera placement before completing a flawless installation of our new security camera system. The resulting video quality is exceptionally clear and sharp, exceeding our expectations. The entire experience was five-star in every respect. The only suggestion I would offer is to review your Wi-Fi upload capacity with them in advance to ensure the best system performance.
John and his team Installed a Doorbird video intercom system at our commercial property in San Francisco. Service was straight forward, efficient, and thoughtful. He gave us a few options in varying price points to choose from, but we ultimately went with Doorbird because they don't have a subscription fee. Highly recommended.
John have always been a great help. Over 5 years after installing our home security cameras we switched to a new modem and it caused some issues. John did not hesitate to answer my questions and answered them in a very timely manner.
I love working with John and his team and am very happy with his service. John is super responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I reached out to John on a Friday afternoon about installing video cameras. He got back to me immediately, and we scheduled his visit for the next day (Saturday). He gave me an estimate that very same day. I asked him several follow up questions over the weekend, and regardless of the time and day, he responded immediately. John was so responsive and knowledgeable that we didn't bother shopping around with other vendors. We signed up on a Monday, and two days later, John and his team were at the house installing the cameras. The team was very efficient and organized. The cameras wires were neatly placed, and the team cleaned up everything after they are done. John made sure everything works, including my garage doors were closed properly (totally outside the scope of his work), before he left. I would definitely recommend John and his team to everyone. I wish all vendors were like John -- responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable.
