I had an outstanding experience with Jalil Gurbanov from SmartHome Appliance, and I truly hope this review gets the attention it deserves. Jalil came to my grandfather’s home to repair our stove, and from the moment he arrived, he showed incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. My grandfather is elderly, and Jalil treated him with so much respect and kindness, taking the time not only to fix the issue but to make sure we actually understood what caused it. He carefully explained how moisture can affect the digital stove system and gave us very helpful tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. Instead of just doing the repair and leaving, he went above and beyond by educating us, answering all our questions, and making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to meet someone who combines technical skill with such great customer care. Jalil clearly takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he helps. Because of his honesty, professionalism, and compassion toward my grandfather, I strongly believe he deserves recognition and a raise.
