Vladimir was very professional, empathetic and responsive. Our refrigerator went out without warning. He came right away, assessed the situation, gave us our options and then did a repair the same week. The work area was always very clean. He was on time and very accommodating. If we had not had such confidence in Vladimir, we might have bought a new refrigerator but we did not need to.

We had an issue with our freezer temperature alarm going off and Vlad was amazing. He was on time, very friendly and great at explaining the issues to us. Problem solved. Would 100% recommend his work

I had an outstanding experience with Jalil Gurbanov from SmartHome Appliance, and I truly hope this review gets the attention it deserves. Jalil came to my grandfather’s home to repair our stove, and from the moment he arrived, he showed incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. My grandfather is elderly, and Jalil treated him with so much respect and kindness, taking the time not only to fix the issue but to make sure we actually understood what caused it. He carefully explained how moisture can affect the digital stove system and gave us very helpful tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future...
