I can’t even begin to praise Carrol enough. I called with a dryer that decided to quit on me. She was able to look at it the next day. She predicted what would be wrong with it before she even opened it up. She was right. I also needed a couple new parts. She had one on hand but the others I had to order. She directed me where to find the cheapest parts. When they came in, she showed up and finished the job. She even helped me clean out my dryer vent (something I should have done long before). She’s been doing appliance repair since the 90’s and just talking to her she clearly understands systems and components. She doesn’t just replace various parts and see if that’ll fix the problem. She troubleshoots and finds the problem, then she fixes it. Great prices too. If the world had more people like Carrol, it would certainly be a better and more professional place.

Amazing! I called and they answered - no online form needed / We scheduled the repair in one phone call for the next day / She showed up on time, and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. She totally handled the repair, which the manufacturer and the installers said could not be done and I needed a new fridge. This one was 3 months old and had never worked right. This company is great and if they say they can fix it, it will happen. Smart, courteous, skilled and experienced... and friendly and fun!
