the employees were very nice and super helpful at putting together my order and even making sure i have all the proper adapters and connector pieces. i was pleased with my experience. i did want to mention that you can get much better prices online at northern tool or other warehouses if you search for duravent parts online. on my next chimney, i was able to save over 50% by ordering online vs. this place. but the customer experience was still great here - so kudos.

We were in the market for two new stoves for our house that is primarily heated by wood stoves. Kathy and her husband were extremely helpful growing our knowledge on which stove would be best for us. We finally pulled the trigger on two new wood stoves from them and got them installed. We thought that one of the stoves was not performing correctly after our first fire so we called the Stove Coral. The Stove Coral staff were very helpful with trouble shooting and trying to figure the problem. We could not do so over the phone, so they sent a couple of techs out. They fully explained what was going on, and let us know that it was actually a break in process for the new stove. Very pleased with their service, attitude, and products.
