I am still waiting on a phone call to schedule a service appointment. I contacted them over a three week ago with the make and model of my stove and I still have not received a call back. I even flowed up with and email and still no response. 11/10/2025 UPDATE: I wanted anybody that has read or will read my comment above. I heard back from the owner today. He explained why there was such a delay. Without sharing personal information, his explanation was acceptable in my mind. I am now on the schedule. 12/9/2025 UPDATE: Travis came out today to repair my Vermont Casting Stove and I couldn't be more happy. My stove is functioning again and right before it is going to get really cold. He was professional and clean. When he left, the work area looked like he was never here, which is a positive. Thanks Travis for fixing my stove.
