Fireplace Creations LLC

I am still waiting on a phone call to schedule a service appointment. I contacted them over a three week ago with the make and model of my stove and I still have not received a call back. I even flowed up with and email and still no response. 11/10/2025 UPDATE: I wanted anybody that has read or will read my comment above. I heard back from the owner today. He explained why there was such a delay. Without sharing personal information, his explanation was acceptable in my mind. I am now on the schedule. 12/9/2025 UPDATE: Travis came out today to repair my Vermont Casting Stove and I couldn't be more happy. My stove is functioning again and right before it is going to get really cold. He was professional and clean. When he left, the work area looked like he was never here, which is a positive. Thanks Travis for fixing my stove.

We decided to choose a small business for our fireplace remodel, and I am very pleased with the overall job that Travis and Byron did for us at Fireplace Creations. Both of them are very knowledgeable with everything involved, from choosing a fireplace to making sure that the entire setup works in your space. Travis was able to provide helpful advice every time we had a question. I also think that the fireplace installation went very smooth. Jeff is a talented guy, and alerted me to a few issues during the install. He was very thorough. I also felt that everything was very honest. If something was overpriced or unnecessary, they let us know. No annoying upselling or showboating. If you are looking for a very personable experience with a small business that cares about you as a customer and wants you to end up with the very best working and looking fireplace in your home, Fireplace Creations is certainly the business for you. 10/10

When we started looking at fireplaces our first stop was Fireplace Creations. We continued to check out other stores but never got the same feeling we did when we first talked to Byron and Travis. They were so helpful and accommodating. I am a do it yourselfer and these guys were willing to let me do as much as I wanted and they did the rest. I made multiple stops at the store to make sure my framing was correct and they were happy to help every time. The installation went great! The guys doing the work were great to deal with. Now our fireplace is done and we love it!
