I’ve been using Fire and Ice for three years now - from home purchase inspection, various services and troubleshooting, and even a unit replacement. The technicians are all extremely professional and informative. As long as quality work and great customer service remains, I will have no reason to reach out to anyone other than Fire and Ice for any of my AC/Heating system needs.
Excellent service all around! I contacted Fire and Ice Heating and & Air through their website after hours. I opted not to call their 24 hour emergency line, but knowing that it was there gave me a good bit of reassurance. They called me early on Monday morning and had someone out to my house that afternoon. The technician was very efficient, competent, and frankly just seemed like a nice guy. He had my issue resolved promptly and so far everything that he touched has been working like a charm. I will be saving his business card to call if needed in the future.
