So the over weight man over charges my mother for work that they didn’t do. One top of that some how after they claimed to replace her frame the bolts broke on her mounts the day after pick up Which is really strange and dangerous . Below are the pictures of the frame that they allegedly replaced.

The service was excellent and the owners as well as the mechanics were very friendly and professional. They keep you updateded via regular text and will not perform a service without your consent. The best part is that if your repair turns out to be costly, they offer financing. What other automobile repair service provides this? It's also nice to have a privately owned automobile service around because they treat you like family. It's hard to find this sort treatment at national chains.

Had my muffler and exhaust replaced, We communicated over text and they responded in a timely manner.. They let me bring it back in to look at the finished work on the Lift walked me through it and noticed one of my back brake rotors was missing a bolt and replaced for free. They were very respectful and professional.

My brakes were grinding really bad and I need them fixed very soon so I could get to work on time. I dropped off my vehicle a little after 8am this morning and I was picking up my around 2:30pm. I made it to work at 3:30pm on time. The service I received today was beyond words. The staff I interacted with today was very welcoming and understanding of how urgent I needed my brakes fixed. Micheal informed me every step of the way about my progress. He sent me via email and text messages about the problem and the cost. I would highly recommend Ferguson Motors if you need work done on your vehicle. The service was speedy and convenient. They did an amazing job on my brakes. Check this out!! They test drove it before calling me to make sure that I would be safe on the roads. Now that's satisfactory service. Ferguson Motors did an amazing job. Tell a friend or family member about them. I have been doing business with them for years. I highly recommend them.
