Very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Jeron, the owner, took the time to understand and address my concerns. I called 5 other companies before finding someone who used the chemical spray that I needed. Jeron explained everything to me and then did what he said he would do with the desired results. I will continue to use Fenn Pest Control on a regular basis.

Fenn Pest Control was so thorough and offered lots of information for our particular concerns. We had exceptional service from Jaron the owner! He went above and beyond spraying even where we never had any pest control do. He went along our fence both inside and outside perimeters. Who else does that? He also suggested options about an outside drainage pipe where he thought ants etc were getting into our home. He didn’t make you feel rushed while sharing our concerns. He truly cares about getting to the problem and solving it that’s for sure. We are so pleased with this company!

I used this company because of all the great reviews and he did not disappoint! Jaron was able to come out next day and take care of our honey bee problem. He came within the time period he gave me, was fast and officiant. He was very informative about honey bees, it was very interesting to learn a thing or two. Will definitely recommend/use again!
