Prescott True Value Hardware

This should really be more of a 4 or 5 star review, but I’m just putting a three star review in hopes of getting some attention here. I love the store, and I can’t say enough good things about the people. However, the return process is super painful. It’s gotta be one of the slowest and inefficient processes I’ve ever witnessed at a retail store. Hopefully, this can make it up the chain and provide some much needed improvements on that front.

I have been going to this store for years and have always had positive experiences here until today. Your cashier Shannon is rude and very disrespectful. She was very condescending and I’m not sure I will come back. If I do, I will go to someone else to take my purchases. It’s a shame because this is such a unique and beautiful hardware store. Most employees are helpful and friendly. Too bad there is one rotten egg in the bunch.

This is by far the best hardware store I've visited! It has items you'll never see at other stores! There is always ample, knowledgeable staff to guide you where you need to be. Each department is fully staffed with more people to help you. Whatever you need, there will be 3 or 4 options to choose from at various price and quality levels. The store is very large but not over whelming. Do yourself a favor and check here first before you go to big boxm. It's such an awesome experience!
