Excellent service- my online request was answered with a quick call back in less than 15 minutes with several options for an initial diagnostic visit. The tech was super prompt, was able to give me a price for the replacement part (front loading washer seal/boot), an estimated repair time and cost as well. He also was able to give me a great price on a latch replacement and fix for the washing machine drawer pedestal that was broken. The parts arrived within a few days and he called me and replaced on a Friday night! Worked efficiently and tested everything before leaving. Would absolutely recommend.

Fasteny Appliance Repair and Our technician, Mack, from Fasteny are highly recommended. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Mack came the next day after our call to analyze our dryer and give us a quote. He had to get parts and promised to return either the same day or the next. He communicated with us and returned the next day as promised to complete the job. He worked late to be sure he finished and our dryer was working perfectly. He cleaned the dryer and the area he worked in completely. Our final price was exactly the price quoted. We will call them again when we need someone for our appliances.
