They removed old carpeting, contained dust meticulously, and ensured the rest of the house stayed clean and protected while they worked. I called James (Apex Flooring) because the new house that I bought was carpeted and I suspected there might be hardwood, but I wasn’t sure the condition. I had a quick turnaround time before my move in and I wanted to refinish the hardwood. James ripped out the carpet, refinished the whole apartment, adhered to the schedule, was very knowledgable and communicative, and was transparent about pricing. I highly recommend James and Apex Hardwood Floors. James, himself, was very responsive - he was able to provide a quote quickly, meet our timeline, and provide progress updates along the way. He and his team were also considerate to minimize the amount of dust in other areas of the house and closed off areas where they were not working. They really worked wonders on our floors. There were even a few holes that they were able to patch and you'd never know they were ever there! I will absolutely call Apex Hardwood Floors for my next flooring project.
