My phone is my life line. I had an extremely hard time transferring my data when I upgraded from a 13pro to a 17pro. Went to Dr gadget and James explained precisely how to re factory reset & re transfer all data. What a life saver!! Dr Gadget is my go to for all my phone repairs and questions. Fantastic Service, Great Results . Brought in a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 12 pro. Both fixed in 1/2 hour. Even gave me a break on price since one repair was so quick (minor soldering). Friendly, attentive and well informed. Explained possible problems, cost estimates. Popped a new battery in the 10 and heat soldered the charging connector on the 12. Tested both while on premise. Walked away feeling confident problem was addressed. Rare that I find that level of customer service and feel better walking out, than when walking in. 7/4/2021 Another quick in and out service repair to get my Note 10 plus back to normal after the charging port started detecting moisture. Had that fixed in no time and while they fixing that, had them replaced the battery as well. Working and lasting like a brand new phone.
