Jake from Barrington Heating and Air was the best HVAC tech I've ever worked with. He was prompt, timely, professional, and walked me through each step of what he was doing. He was happy to answer all my many questions along the way and was honest about my system's needs without being a pushy salesman. Barrington Heating and Air and specifically Jake will be top of my list the next time I need work done.
High pressure sales bad service. Extremely overpriced $597 for a thermostat and kept trying to sell new install when repair was specifically requested (Which was successfully done by others). Tried to pressure me when I said I would get like to get a few quotes for a new furnace.
Jake, the service technician, did an excellent job in evaluating the condition and issues with our two furnaces. Then he provided excellent pricing on the replacement of the two furnaces. The installation was scheduled promptly and our installation technicians arrived on schedule, worked tirelessly to get the work done, and did an excellent job on the installations.
Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation took about 6 hours and everything was done properly. Will recommend to anyone.
Garrett was awesome. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed our furnace issue. In no time at all, he had it up and running, and was able to give me some information on updating our HVAC system. Garrett wasn’t pushy, but informative. I was very pleased with the service and his professional demeanor.
