Farmington Shoe Repair

Promised that they could get my UGGs cleaned in 1 week. Never called. When I reached out, they told me they would need more time, no estimate. Gave me attitude because I asked for an estimate. I offered to then pick them up and take them somewhere else. They agreed. Just to turn around 50 minutes later, a new person, said I could pick them up and that they were ready….??? When I asked how, she told me maybe there was a mix up and all she knows is that they are clean and ready. I picked them up and paid. When I got home, I took a closer look and saw there were still wine stains in the uggs and scratches ! Very disappointed. 😔

Terrible customer service. Left a pair of boots with him to clean and change out laces, said that it would be 1 week and I called 2 weeks after and they still were not done. When I called and asked how much longer it would be, the owner was incredibly rude and responded “I’m not going to get to them you can come pick them up I’ll have them out front” and hung up without letting me respond. Never going there again, waste of my time.
