Called around for prices to replace charging port on iphone. Prices ranged from $98 to $248 so i chose Express wireless's for $98. Came back an hour later and was informed phone port needed a cleaning. $16! Now that's great customer service! An honest business! Highly recommend!
In response to a previous review…while my sister was not there in person she was on the phone but nonetheless there was some misunderstanding with what was going on with my phone. However, the store’s response was not accurate I was never rude (I didn’t raise my voice curse or anything) in fact I was still willing to do business with them and purchase more things from them. I never spoke to any customer about what was going on. I talked about tattoo with one and even got another customer to consider getting perfume from them because they really did smell great. I don’t appreciate the false narrative that was provided in the previous response. I asked questions about my camera issue because it wasn’t a problem before and I wanted clarity on how the damage happened. I declined them doing another camera because I didn’t want to pay for it and it still wouldn’t work. I spent 180 on the screen and 60 on the camera just to have to come back today not even a week later with my screen going out and had to spend another 90. Let me just say THE TECH GUY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I wanted to apologize for the misunderstanding but he had no clue what was going on. The only other person all four times I went has been the lady. To the lady that works in the front, either she lied to me about not being the person responding to the review or she lied to the person that did the responding and when I went in today SHE had the attitude. I’m not a confrontational person and I try to right any of my wrongs.
Thank you for acknowledging my apology for the misunderstanding. However, there has yet to be an apology made for the blatant lies just to cover yourselves.
Let’s address the issues:
I was asked to pay the camera on the second visit so that it could be ordered. (Bank transaction included see pic) This date is confirmed by your 1st response.
There was never a mention of labor charges or a discount of ANY kind at ANY point during the 4 visits. I also never asked for any discounts of any kind. I simply wanted my phone fixed.
On the third visit the lady offered a case in which I accepted. This was the only “freebie” in which I will gladly return. The screen protector was always given when I brought in devices previously.
It was not until the 4th visit, (after the negative review was made) that the lady was rude.
If you watched the video footage with audio, you would know that I paid for the camera. They took my information and called when it finally came in. You also would not need anyone’s “side” if you watched the video WITH audio for each visit. It would have been clearly explained what transpired.
It seems that every negative review, you have called them a liar or made a rude response.
Please do better!!!
My sister went to Express Wireless for what should have been a simple front screen replacement. The original problem was only that the screen would occasionally freeze and she couldn’t swipe up or down the camera worked perfectly before the repair.
After they replaced the screen, suddenly the camera stopped working. She brought the phone back expecting them to correct their mistake, but instead they kept my device for five hours and then told me the camera had “burnt out.” This happened during their possession of the phone, and the device was completely fine in that regard before she handed it over.
What made the situation feel even more suspicious was that the moment she walked in, they already pulled video footage of her, claiming it was “pressure” that caused the camera to break. It felt like they were preparing a defense before even looking at the phone, very strange and unprofessional behavior.
This place is not trustworthy. The repair caused more damage than started with, and their explanation made no sense. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to use extreme caution, video-record your device’s condition, and document everything before leaving your phone with them.
I highly recommend going elsewhere for repairs.
