They gave us two quotes, both very reasonable. We decided to replace the glass on our foggy window. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and affordable! I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

Crew came out measured up windows and screens that had been damaged in a storm on a rental property we own. Everything got ordered and installed in a timely manner. No issues. Reasonably priced.

Beware of glass and blood when dealing with Excel! We had 2 guys come out from Excel to replace five windows. They replaced two (the ones in our son’s bedroom) of the five and left for the day saying we need to call and reschedule time for someone to come back out for the other 3. No other words were exchanged before they left… My husband went to go check on their work and found GLASS EVERYWHERE!!! All over our son’s bed, pillow, the floor, bookcase! It was like glass exploded in the room. The guys made no mention of this before they left! We also found out one of the guys cut himself on glass and left BLOOD on our floor! Again no mention of this! Took my husband and I 3 hrs to clean everything and make sure the room was safe! EXCEL, was closed for the day. I contacted them today (next morning at opening) and was told the owner would call me back at 2:30.. no one called so I called back a little after that time and she wasn’t there to talk and was told she would call me back in 30 min to an hour. They are closed for the day and never bothered calling me. This is truly unacceptable of any business! I am appalled

Excel Windows has completed many projects for us, and their work has always been excellent and backed by warranty. The team is friendly and professional, and they take the time to explain what they’re doing as they go. If anything isn’t done quite right, they’re quick to return and make it right. Every time we’ve needed them, they’ve been there. Highly recommend!
