Great customer service. Scott is a no BS down to business guy while maintaining the customer service. Got me in for a chip the next day that satellite said I needed a full replacement. The gal at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. Ran into some issues with making my appointment the day of and they worked around… Overall 5/5 stars and saved me over $1100 compared to going with a national chain that said I needed to replace. Tell your friends!

Some of the best customer service we've ever had. Wonderful guys and the best prices for their services. A no-BS approach to their work and won't tell you that you have to fix more than you actually need to. An all-around honest and hard-working company. Thank you guys!

I broke my passenger side mirror yesterday backing into my garage. The clip broke and the glass fell out and was cracked... I needed a replacement FAST and after calling other auto repair companies who had a wait time of a couple days I came across RCG&M and they were able to ultimately fix my issue in a matter of hours. I got a side mirror cut as replacement AND they glued back together my clips and put it in for me. 10/10 best outcome. I appreciate their help and recommend them for auto glass/mirror repair. Great shop! Needed glass cut for a sofa table and had it in my hands just a few days after asking for a quote. Cost was lower than I expected which was great. Would bring my money here again. Taylor is lovely to work with!

Couldn't hope to do better than this. They were the best price for what I needed but I would be willing to pay more and work with this group than some others.
