Great experience with this company. Technician was able to diagnose the issue and talked about next steps about how to get my system working. Will definitely be calling them again if I ever need help again
Evolve Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and walked me through my options without any pressure.
When I first dealt with Evolve, I needed help with a toilet repair Mark, and his wife Jeniffer own the company. When his wife contacted him and told him I needed a complete flush kit Mark came out in short period of time He gave me one price and then once he went to the store, it ended up that he had to buy it in separate parts, it was not a complete new kit, but said the parts I needed was there... and he promised me there would be no issues with the combination of parts..... and I had a "1 year" warranty. He was very, very kind, very professional that he did a good job, but I do feel that they are too high in price It’s only been 3 1/2 months and my toilet started acting up real crazy for lack of a better explanation like flushing backwards I called this morning at 8 o’clock and asked for a call back as soon as possible as I’m disabled and it’s the only bathroom that I can use here They called me back nearly 8 hours later and I explained my situation the best I could and Mark thought it was just in the line and not part of the parts that he put into the tank 3 1/2 months ago I guess maybe I misunderstood him but I thought he told me that it was $95 for a service fee and then ( if he had to use any special equipment, it would be another fee adding up to $220. . I thought it was if he had to use any special equipment and he told me that if I didn’t agree to it that he would stop the person from coming to help me and I’d have to figure it out myself So needless to say, I’m in my 70s very disabled and not in good health at all and I felt like I had no choice but to accept his pricing so he could send a repair man out Mark sent Benjamine up for me right away to come out and help me the gentleman came and was very kind and polite. *** But from my understanding if they only had to plunge the line with my own plunger and nothing else I thought the price would be $95 But he told me the price and I agreed on was $220 so after 15 minutes of plunging and not using any special equipment, they felt that I owed that money I told him about the misunderstanding and he said no that if I didn’t agree to it, and if he put it back to just a service fee, then I would never be able to use them in the future, even though they give me a (1-year warranty, of a nearly $400 repair mid August…. As I stated earlier, Benjamin was very kind and polite plunged the toilet in about 15 minutes. It was working fine and then Mark wanted to charge me the full $220 as if they had to use any special equipment not just " my" plunger and 15 minutes plunging. I only make $1013 a month and at this point not even been able to get groceries for a couple weeks. Things are really extra tough for me right now, and I felt that they were taking advantage of me So Mark called me back in the phone and asked how come I wasn’t going to give them a good review and he started getting louder and louder and louder yelling at me and badgering me and said that I was a scammer and that that’s why nobody liked me. He was being very cruel. Wonder how he would feel if someone treated his mom like this. So I wouldn’t have had to leave that part in the review had not been so cruel and unkind, but words do mean something and that’s elder abuse All that affects people when you talk to them so cruelly no matter how good of work you did in the past … if you’re abusing them it doesn’t make up for anything prior…. So if you’re willing to pay their very high cost in repairs, they will do a good job. But don’t say what you think is fair and you feel misunderstood because Mark will have you for dinner and it won’t be sitting in a chair at the table he’ll be “having *you* for dinner” This review is not meant to be Bad or Good it is meant to be honest
