Estes Garage

We broke down on September 1st 2025, at 10 PM, on the side of the interstate, between Tupelo and New Albany. Front Wheel bearing on 1 ton Ram. We called around as businesses opened up looking for a shop to fix it, or the parts and tools to self perform the work. Estes understood our situation, having over 300 miles to go, 3 children and 4 dogs on board, and the owner himself made accommodations for us. We were in there and the work was finished before noon. We've arrived home and the work was good, no more wheel bearing issues! Thank you all who worked on the project! Who has ever heard of such caring for a neighbor!? I highly recommend Estes Garage, they over delivered!

We were traveling through MS when we stopped to fuel up with diesel. We were tired talking and not paying attention and added DEF into our diesel fuel tank (as they are side by side now). Fortunately we had not started the engine before we had realized what we had done. We felt stranded, we called around for help and right off the bat shops were trying to take advantage of us. Wanting to replace injectors and other things in the motor which were going to leave us stranded for multiple days. My husband finally contacted Estes Garage where the owner was so compassionate to us and LISTENED to what my husband was telling him. It was late in the day and they were closing by the time we were towed there. All we needed was a cleaned out fuel tank and new filter because the DEF had not been ran through the motor. The owner and his mechanics started working on cleaning the fuel tank and lines at once. The owners wife drove us to a hotel for the evening and picked us back up in the am. We can not say enough wonderful things about this family and the extra mile that this shop went to for us to put us back on the road. It was a Blessing from God that we ended up at Estes Garage. Highly recommend this shop.
