Got brakes on Toyota Tacoma- front breaks and rotors, nothing on back because of drums. Dropped truck off at 8am, they were finished by 10:15am- total price labor-parts-tax= $789 Was told nobody in town of Tupelo would beat that price. Carlock Toyota would have done same job for $480. Please be careful.
The owner here is SO SWEET and truly cares about his customers. All of his employees are super quick to get the job done, not to mention the unbeatable prices! I highly recommend these guys and once you try them out, you will too! 😌
I will never go back to this shop for mechanic work. I had a wheel bearing need replacing on my truck. Keep in mind I never had an issue with the tire rods etc. My truck was not shaking or nothing FYI always get your own parts I normally always do. It all started to go wrong at the price they tried to charge for a wheel assembly, brakes, rotors, tire rods, & shocks front & back quoted over $2,000 said my 1 wheel assembly was $300 plus it was all a lie.. I hate when someone try to get over on you I got brakes, rotors, & both wheel assembly for $500 my tire rods are $47 to $50 & shocks were less than $100 for each. Had them just do the brakes, rotors, & wheel assembly & my truck is bounching & shaking like crazy I call the guy & say man what all do to my truck he gone say when you tighten one end another end loosen. A dead giveaway that we hooking & crooking & trying to make money anyway possible even double charging for 1 auto part. Just sad IMO & bad business now I gotta spend more money to fix what they jacked up
They are the epitome of the phrase, "Fast, friendly service." I recently had my truck serviced and was in and out within 15 minutes and never even left the seat of my car. Great job guys!
Stop here when I can on lunch for quick oil change service. Always fast and friendly service. Great staff and service. If you're on the west side of town or any side give them a try.
