Have used Kris's services many times, he does high quality work, great prices and I would highly recommend him and his team.
$1500 down the drain. Four months later there goes my check engine light plus my airs not working. They replaced something on the ac but all it does is blow hot air. They replaced a part on my transmission now my truck jerks like it has bad gas in it. I was promised my truck would run like it did before but it's worse.
BEWARE!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! They started off really good with my mom and I until after the first few times taking our vehicles to them, then it became to feeding a money pit. My temp was under 100 so I thought it was the thermostat and they had it for 3 days then called and told me I needed a new radiator - BOOM 500 bucks - still didnt fix it. I told them I wanted the thermostat done this time - BOOM 300 bucks ( said it took them 3 HOURS to "crack" the housing on it and told me I was going to need a water pump instead. I said no thanks and 3 months later it turned out it was a faulty gauge and now everything is back to normal. This was the last straw with them for me, because before this I had paid 150 dollars for a serpentine belt replacement that I brought to them, and they charged me 1.5 hours labor. Also charged me 130 dollars for spark plugs that I also brought to them to put on. ALSO my knife mysterious disappeared from under my drivers seat also, which they claimed they didnt know anything about it. Now on to my Mom. We got rear ended hard in her Silverado and they said the entire flatbed was going to have to be replaced and we should total the vehicle or it would cost us 7000 to fix. We took it to the dealership and with the insurance it costs us 500 dollars out of pocket, which was reimburst to us when the inspectors found it was fault of the person that hit us. next SAME VEHICLE - engine started rattling after I drove to new albany and back and thought it was a thrown rod because it rattled harder upon gassing it, but the oil light never came on. They charge us 4000K up FRONT for new engine not including labor. Turns out it was the freaking TIMING CHAIN one of our friends that is a mechanic said they tried to do the same thing to his daughters Lexus. These people have gone downhill real fast, and if you want REAL and HONEST mechanics only go to these 3 services since Mr Hurley is out of business. Pages Auto, Johnsons Auto, and MrCharlie in Plantersville if you have electrical problems... Hes pricey, but he will tell you up front what needs to be done and even he says do NOT use auto electric that guy is a scammer also. Very few honest mechanics are left now- so those 3 we have used several times with 100% success rate on service and price. AVOID AUTO ALLEY FOLKS! This is coming from the son of a mechanic that never listened to his dad while younger, and now I am paying the price
