I needed a whole bathroom renovation and after trying to find a local contractor to give me a bid,I found Josh of Essential Home Renovations. Even though he was busy with other projects he gave me a reasonable bid and finished the reno in a timely manner and the work was really well done. Josh is great to work with and communicated well so I knew what was happening through the whole project. I highly recommend Josh and EHR
Josh is the best! I had my kitchen gutted due to water damage - another company was to complete remediation and rebuild but failed on the rebuild. I reached out to Josh, and he was able to step-in and complete the rebuild for me. The end results are so much better than anything that I had expected. The level of expertise and workmanship is excellent. Josh kept me informed along the way of everything that was being done; he did a lot of the work himself and brought in experts for the rest. I cannot say "thank you" enough for everything that he did. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for any future projects and would recommend him to everyone.
Josh and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom(s) remodel. He was very respectful of our ideas and our budget. We love the finished products and would call Josh again with any other projects in the future.
We recently hired Essential Home Renovation for a home improvement project and were very pleased with the outcome. Josh was awesome to work with -- in fact, he came through where several other contractors wouldn't take the time to develop the right solution. Josh is amazing. We had a pipe break while we were out of town that did major damage to our home on two levels. Josh not only did a lot of the work himself, but he served as our general contractor for the restoration; arranging and supervising various other professionals to come in and do painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and hardwood floor and carpet installation, etc. He also negotiated with our insurance adjuster who was being extremely unreasonable. This was a major anxiety filled time for our family of six, and Josh made sure the things were done on time with as little disruption to our lives as possible. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of his work, and I would never hesitate to hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone!
