Excellent and fast service! The prices are extremely reasonable, and Mr. Shrestha was excellent at explaining the how and why of all that he did. He took additional time at the pickup to explain the capabilities of different programs. Very highly recommend and we will definitely be back for future computer check ups and services. Fantastic experience.
My computer was acting very slowly. I thought maybe the hard drive was going out. I wanted to go with an SSD card. Got a reasonable price from him. When I went to pick up the computer he had done much more. He replace all the drivers he had tuned up my computer showed me some errors I was making. I was extremely satisfied with him and his work. I believe there will be a long relationship.
Sushil is an excellent computer tech and his customer service skills are out of this world. As a business owner, it is key that my system is working in order to book clients etc. When the button broke on my main machine so I could not turn it on, I called Computer Tech Solution. I brought it in, Su figured out what was wrong with it and BUILT A BUTTON right in front of me and installed it. I had my machine back in business the same day - there is NO WAY any other computer repair shop has EVER done that- SAME DAY?? Absolute world class service here. I HIGHLY recommend Computer Tech Solution.
