He knows his stuff. He has been fixing my computers ever since I was a kid. Recently fixed my laptop with a screen that wouldnt turn on. Within as day or so he found the issue and took pictures of it to show me what happened. And didn't charge much at all compared to other repair stores. Good honest work would highly recommend

Paul's quick and very helpful I had an issue where I didn't have any thermal paste for my CPU and fan he resolved the whole issue quickly and efficiently was very reasonably priced

I sent my computer in for a diagnostic and Paul went above and beyond. Not only did he go through the labor of finding my issue but he truly did it for free, not accepting any payment. How lucky we are to have someone of his knowledge and generosity in Erwin.
