First off, I'm old school loyal. In my personal life or in my business life, if you treat me with kindness and respect you will get that back and then some. Loyalty is huge with me. So when I say that I was as impressed as I was walking out of Erv's Vacuums after my first visit into the store and my first personal interaction with an employee named Logan I want to say. If I screwed that up man I'm sorry. Just to be safe, it was about 5:20 or so on 2/5/26 that I was helped out. I had initially came to pickup my parents vacuum after they did some work on it. But I had also brought along my Dyson that was in pieces bc I needed a couple parts to fix it. I fully expected to get some expensive but justified quote for parts as Dysons while great can be an expensive fix if not properly maintained. Seeing as I didn't buy it, I found it set out with my neighbors trash quickly realizing that I could fix it w a couple cheaper easy parts. So the manager Logan disappeared to the back of the shop for some time. And he comes back out with an entire bin assembly, all the parts and the other ones I came in for. He said here take this. The dude just gave me 1/3 of the same Dyson as mine and said they wouldn't use it and it would probably just be thrown out. So now not only did I fix my free Dyson animal, he gave me that spare so I've now got a bunch of parts for backup when something else decides to break. I was so very grateful for his generosity, especially bc I've had a lil financial difficulties as of late. So the guy had no clue just how much he was actually helping me. So please guys, I'm asking y'all to make sure this guy and his shop are given ALL of your future business. Or at the very least you try them out first before just hitting up the big box stores. I know that I am now a lifetime customer of his.
