Our experience with Sidney and the rest of the staff at Eric’s was absolutely top-notch! We had been shopping around at several big-name jewelers but just couldn’t find what I wanted in a men’s engagement ring anywhere. When I showed Sidney my inspiration photo, she immediately said, “I can make that!” with total confidence and got right to work on a CAD model. She exceeded every expectation and created exactly what I was envisioning — and at a very competitive price! I can’t recommend Eric’s highly enough for all your jewelry needs.

For our wedding, we have been trying to go with local and/or small businesses as much as possible. Mostly in the Chippewa Valley or in Wisconsin in general. Eric’s Diamonds downtown Chippewa Falls owner, Sydney has absolutely stunned us with customizing putting together the wedding band I chose to my engagement ring. After I showed Josh what I envisioned he emailed Eric’s Diamonds and got a response almost immediately and we recieved the best customer service! I highly recommended getting your wedding set done here (or any other customized jewelry and they also do engraving)! They also have the sweetest office dogs 🥰! I contacted Sidney to create a custom mother's ring, and she brought my idea to life! It's perfect! I live in a different state, and communication was all done through email. Sidney was quick to respond to emails, and the whole process was efficient! Previously, she created a custom ring for my mom out of some of my mom's old jewelry, and it came out beautifully! Both Sidney and Matt are friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. I'd hands down recommend shopping at Eric's Diamonds.
