Big Thanks again Called in the morning and they showed up a couple hours later. Awesome service. Very knowledgeable and gave me some important information to take care of my septic system. I have lived on 117th Street in Lake Hallie for more than 17 years. Valley Septic has serviced my septic system each and every time it was needed. But more than that, they have been good neighbors. Their trucks roll out about 6:30 in the morning and unless you happen to be outside you would not know their trucks were going by. They always have been been friendly with a smile and a wave as they pass by. But that good neighbor trait was elevated recently. I was away from home for an extended period. I fly a big flag in my yard. Recently Lake Hallie experienced some pretty high winds. As a result my flag became partially detached from the lanyard. Gary came to the rescue and removed my flag from the lanyard and placed it on my front porch. Thank you, it is a great feeling to have neighbors like you!! The reason for this post is two fold: 1) point out Valley Septic provides excellent service 2) they are a great bunch of people who care about more than your septic system You won't find a better company for your needs

My septic tank backed up on a Saturday night, I called and left a message asking to have my tank pumped. They called me back first thing Sunday morning and offered to come pump it on Sunday, I opted to wait until Monday to save a little money, and they showed up first thing Monday morning to pump the tank along with setting me up with the proper contractor to fix my Septic issues.

First time with a septic system, had an issue and called Valley Septic Services. Very friendly and helpful. They came and resolved the issue for a very reasonable price and within an hour or 2 of calling. Also gave alot of good advice for keeping the system working well. I'll never use anyone else.
