My father called for a quote on a clean/ adjustment to a charging port- he was around 20 dollars Prior to calling he visited multiple stores where they attempted to charge him to replace the port 100+ When he arrived the gentleman was very courteous - kind- straightforward He did not attempt to upsell my father with unnecessary things He cleaned and adjusted the charging port My father received the old style of customer service that has faded all too quickly. My father left with a fully functioning phone and his wallet no lighter than when he walked in We appreciate the customer service, the honesty, and the respectful interaction.
