Laura was prompt in responding to my inquiry for our security assessment. She was very thorough to ensure we were purchasing the appropriate products for our needs. The technician, Ken was very professional and courteous. He took care and extra time to explain the functions of the various system components and demonstrate the features for our residence. Very pleased with the installation experience. System has met our needs.

AOVID EPS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.The worst customer service ever BAR none. WORST I have ever dealt with.They lie to the customer and NEVER follow up on any issue.I wish this site had ZERO stars for a review because this company deserves them.My contract is up in June 2026 thank god for that.I will choose a REAL security company next time around that actually takes care of there customers needs.THIS COMPANY IS A TRUE JOKE.

We have had an amazing experience with the EPS team, service and system. My only regret is not having it installed sooner - unfortunately we did have a break in that led us to have a security system installed. We did extensive research and ultimately chose EPS. We recently experienced a water leak that the water sensors picked up on immediately and sent alerts to our phones in the middle of the night - thank goodness because it would have been so much worse without those sensors! The team members that have been out to our home have been nothing but professional, and the immediate calls to check in when a sensor has been set off have been amazing (thankfully those were due to us opening a door or window forgetting the system was armed!). I can't say enough about EPS except don't be reactive like us, get their system installed BEFORE something happens!
