I needed an inspection of a house foundation on short notice and Engineering Local Xperts(ELX) came thru in a pinch!! The engineer, Carlos, was very courteous and professional and had no issue crawling under the house and getting dirty!! Carlos was very thorough inspecting and took time to explain all the issues and his recommended repairs prior to leaving the site and also sent a report a couple days later. I had a few questions before and after the inspection and Emily answered all of them quickly, both when calling and emails! Highly recommend and will use again!! Great people and great business!

This company would happily take your money without ensuring that you have all the things in place for a proper advisement. We contacted this company to inform them that we were in the beginning stages of our remodel, and that we explained our ideas. We were charged $300 for a visit to be told that we needed to have architectural plans drawn first before their employees will give us a structural engineer. I wish this information was disclosed to us first so we didn’t have to waste our money for the initial visit.
